Edit PDF in one wizard
This free wizard collects finishing operations for a PDF document: page numbering (with position and format selection), watermark (text, opacity, angle, color), and compression to reduce file size. No login, no limits, and no watermark added by the service.
Full privacy — files processed locally
Your documents are never sent to a server. All processing happens in your browser on your own device, so confidential contracts, invoices, or scans stay yours alone.
Frequently asked questions
- Are my PDF files sent to a server?
- No. Page numbering, watermark, and compression all run entirely in your browser. Files never leave your device.
- How does PDF compression work?
- Compression re-renders pages as lower-quality JPG images — this greatly reduces the size of scans and image-heavy documents. Note: after compression, text becomes an image and is no longer selectable.
- Can I use special characters in the watermark?
- The watermark text works best with basic characters. Diacritics and special characters will be automatically simplified so the file is generated correctly.
