Frequently asked questions

Does the tool support special characters?

Yes, fully. All transformations use toLocaleUpperCase/toLocaleLowerCase with the Polish locale (pl-PL), so letters such as ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź and ż are correctly converted to their uppercase equivalents (Ą, Ć, Ę, Ł, Ń, Ó, Ś, Ź, Ż) and vice versa.

What does the `Sentence case` option do?

The `Sentence case` option converts the entire text to lowercase, then capitalises the first letter of each sentence — i.e. after a full stop, exclamation mark or question mark. It is the perfect fix when you accidentally type text with Caps Lock on.

Is my text sent to a server?

No. All transformations are performed directly in your browser, on the client side. The text you enter never leaves your device at any point.

Can I use the tool on my phone?
